I’ve journaled off and on over the years. In 2019, I started a new journaling routine that I call my sacred time. It is a sacred time to me because I don’t let anything get in the way of that time to myself.
I write what I’m grateful for, the affirmations I need to be reminded of, and letters to my future self. It has been super rewarding as I’ve focused my mind on those practices.
